looks ok buddy.....personally, i think you should have cooked the rice till al dente, (remove Rice, set aside) then placed Cream & ingredients (except Prawns) into Wok, turned on high till Cream comes to boil then reduce heat to simmer (3-4mins, Cream will thicken) then put in uncooked Prawns (cook for further 2-3mins)................................serve Creamy Garlic Prawns on bed of Rice....................(i usually garnish it with finely cut Chives on top).............cheers buddy, keep up the good work!
i think the rice a bit too soggy for my preference...if you want it real asian texture, add lesser water and refrain from stirring while the rice is in the midst of cooking
