Dimple Kaur Behal if the prawns are cooked for a long time, it gets rubbery. Prawns get cooked very fast and have to take them out of the stove in a very short time.
This is not right way to cook chinese dish.u nd onion,slice ginger,garlic,dry chilli,oyster sauce ,dark sauce,sesame oil,spring onions n fry prawns.u nd all this ingredients to cook chilli prawns..
