INGREDIENTS:
To season the goat meat:
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp nutmeg powder
1 tsp curry powder
1 beef stock cube
*In place of salt i used adobo seasoning
2 bay leaves
1 blended onion 5 garlic cloves 1 thumbsize ginger blended together.
Tomato pepper blend mix:
20 Tomato plums
3 redbell peppers
3 scotch bonnet pepper or to your taste
small ginger- 1 small onion 3 garlic cloves
To season the stew:
1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 thyme
Cooking oil of your choice
seasoning cubes and salt if needed
