HOW TO COOK INDONESIAN FRIED RICE -NASI GORENG 

Nasi Goreng is “fried rice” in Indonesian and Malaysian - and that's exactly what it is! ... The thing that distinguishes it from other Fried Rice dishes is the sauce which is made with kecap manis, a sweet soy sauce that stains the rice dark brown and caramelises the rice when it cooks.
INGREDIENTS
8 cups rice (day old)
500 grams chicken thigh
4 tbsp sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
1 tsp sweet soy sauce(marinade)
4 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp thai shrimp paste (optiinal)
6 cloves garlic
3 pcs thai chili
1 onion
3 tbsp cooking oil
