THE RECIPE:Wash fish clean. Slice brown onions thick (this is important).. Place in pan as shown. Cover with lid (also important) - (use Alfoil if no lid available). Cook on low heat (important). Onions and oil will flavor any fish this way. Delicious and easy. seaUW.blogspot.com
