Milk actually doesn't make scrambled eggs any fluffier, it dilutes the flavor of the eggs and ruins the texture. You should try making scrambled eggs without milk

I usually make an omelette. I add tomatoes, onions, green chilly, red chili powder and I don't roll it up. I flip it on both sides and completely let it cook and then I fold it in half. But you motivated me to change it up a bit. So I will try making one with cheese next time. Sounds like a great idea! Thank you for the great videos Alix!

So why are you not one of the most qualified persons to teach something about cooking? You obviously can cook and have done more different styles and recipes than most of us.
