Question: I've watched your May2020. You'd used half from 1kilo pack of Tapioca, in this vlog. You said it's not okay, but we can still use the remaining from the pack. Right? Thank you!
Hi po, I have a milk tea store and your videos are very helpful to us small business owners. This quarantine season kc minsan di nauubos ang pearls namin. Will it be okay to not store it sa fridge?chewy pa din ba xa? What I usually do kc is freeze it and reheat the next day and e halo sa new ones kc nagiging chewy pa din xa.
Yes you can. I actually recommend not to refrigerate - boba does not stay shiny especially overnight. They do stay chewy but maybe too soft the next day. Better talaga maubos within the day. Have not tried freezing it so thanks for the tip for all to know. I know some just add hot water the next day!
For this I would put simple syrup. The pearls absorb the liquid so i would tend to put the concentrated brown sugar syrup separately as they are served. If you use up the pearls quick enough you can put the concentrated syrup right away. Hope this helps 😊
Hehe ty in advance po sa advice
It all really depends on the pearls that you use. The method I demonstrated should work in most brands. To achieve the best, you must use good quality pearls. The shelf life of uncooked pearls is also short so most likely if the result is not great it could be that the pearls are old. If the centre is hard it is most likely undercooked. All the best
Bkit po nung nagluto ako ng pearl with muscovado chewy & soft siya pero nung once na hinaloan ko na ng ice with milktea tumigas yung pearl.ano po kaya pwede kung gawin para maachieve padin yung pag ka chewy & soft?thank you!
it should not really happen that way. could be the brand that you are using? try soaking your pearls in a bit of drinking water in addition to your muscovado sugar ...
Hi Chao! May questions lang po po ako... Lage po ba dapat haluin ang pearl? Depende rin po ba sa brand ang procedure ng pagluluto? Ano po mangyayare if kaunti lang ang tubig sa pagpapakulo?
Hello. Stir it as soon as you put the pearls in the pot. Then just stir regularly. Not necessary to keep stirring it. Pag konti ang tubig matutuyuan so you need to give the pearls room to expand :-)
@@rizasri yey! Found the answer by reading the comments. Nabuhayan ako! Hehe bumili kasi ako ng 1kg tapioca pearl kasi gusto ko mag DIY Milktea since quarantine ngayon. More power to ur channel mam, ang sipag nyo magreply sa viewers nyo. 💕
hello po, ask ko lang po if hindi po ba pwede na sa air tight container ilagay ang uncooked pearls? masyado po kasing marami ang 1kg of pearls for 2 people 😅 thank you po
Overnight, no. However, if you plan to keep for longer then yes refrigerate. Just be prepared to re-heat if the pearls turn hard. :-) . For home use, you might need to refrigerate if not consumed within the day. For commercial use, I hope it can be finished within 2 days! Good luck :-)
Bakit po ung pearls n nluto ko.. ang bilis tmigas ulit...ung paglagay ko sa malamig n water/yelo basta sa malamig like milk tea.. ang bilis nya tumigas ulit... :( paano po b yun ttagal n makunat
Hi, if you follow the procedure i the video they should not stick to each other. Unfortunately, the longer you keep the bigger they get and more sticky rather than chewy.
gaano po katagal or ilang araw pede pa yon tapioca pearl..minsan kase madami kaming leftover dahil 3kg per pack yon nabili ko..please I need your advice
Shelf life in within the day only. Please check my new procedure here ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-CEmVTQ7plWE.html You can cook only a little at a time :-)
Hello. Tapioca pearls are made from starch so talagang mag-didikit dikit sya the longer you keep it. Some shops keep them in warm water pag mabilis lang maubos. But the longer you keep it in warm water, lalaki lang sya. By default, it is not a good idea to reheat anything. Processed after processed. So yes, masama talaga. In my experience, the consistency of the pearls is maintained for at least 24-36 hours using my suggested method. I have another video coming up comparing the tapioca pearls with herbal grass jelly. Stay tuned! :-)
