Welcome to another video. Today's Tasty&Simple recipe is Ubhontshisi Soup, also known as Red Speckled Beans Soup. Try it out and enjoooooooy!
Ingredients:
2 cups beans
2 beef stock cubes
1/2 green pepper
1 onion
2 large carrots
Minced meat
2 tablespoons garlic salt
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 tablespoons mixed herbs
1 teaspoon BBQ spice
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
Aim is to try not to overpower the original taste of the beans so I did not add a lot of spices and sauces.
