Great video Serena! And I love the tip about using the pan with the juices to toast bread, that's genius! With the cast iron skillet, that's bound to taste amazing.

Dear Serena,this technique to cook a steak is very good.I tell you that I am cook it is my love life,i implement different techniques when it comes to cook steaks,but I didn't know that to use your finger muscle to test the doneness,thanks for that tip I'm very sure it will be helpful.Love for you and stay awesome ;)

Julio the test is really a matter of experience. It works for me but I know many people who don't find it reliable

Serena the finger method is not reliable I tried using it many times before and I cant feel the difference in between fingers I dont know maybe im doing it wrong ;)
