Yes, there are lots of references, that was why I mentioned that is isn't a complete clone. To get a complete clone, check my HTTtrack or Cyotek tutorial. Just search for those keywords or check my cloning playlist to see amazing other cloning tutorials.

You can use any hosting with cpanel. It works on all website. What should limit the clone is not the website CMS rather some security features.

You will need to have HTML skills to do that, I advise you convert the website to WordPress so that you can easily make changes. You can check my cloning playlists for options to convert to wordpress

Because quora is a heavy website, much more heavier than the website you want to use to clone it. You'll probably don't even have enough space to accommodate the files.

Yes, this tool only clone the front page, to clone a full website I recommend using HTTRACK or CYOTEK. I have tutorials covering them on this channel.
