I taught myself to conrow last year from youtube from conrow for beginners This year I taught myself to add hear and my struggle was what you brought up here the back. You have just given me a easy way to solve it. This is amazing!.🥰😍😘 Thnx Jen
I admire the way you mastered it !! I tried, tried and tried again and ended UP locking up my hair haha. Best decision ever for me 🙏🏽 thank you for the video
Imagine growing up in a large family and being like the only girl thay couldn't braid to the scalp ughhhhh.Im still in counseling, told I was adopted😁😁😁🙄😒
Lmao!!! I totally agree on the parting thing🤣. It takes me the longestttttt. I have like 12 jumbo twists with added hair on my head and the twisting took like 15 minutes but the parting took almost an hour🤣🤣. Love this style on you😊😊. I already know how to cornrow my own hair but watched every minute of you working on yours
Facts. Parting your own hair (in the back) adds so much extra time. I've resorted to sticking a small mirror on the back of my door. So, now I can turn around (in the big mirror) and have both hands free.
@@qtluv27 That is a great tip. I used a small mirror but would hold it in my hand to see how I parted my hair. Soooo time consuming...butters and oils all over my mirror🤣. Will try your method next time
Jenn sometimes I feel like you're psychic! I was just thinking about cornrowing my hair as my next protective style instead of twists, just to switch it up a bit. I'm useless with cornrows so this video is perfect! Thank you, so much 😊😊✨✨
I am so inspired. I bought the extensions in December and we are in April now. 😄 I still haven't gotten around to braiding my hair yet because I am scared it won't turn out great but I am going to try this style. 😘
🌸 These l👀k FABULOUS! Just did a nourishing wash day and needed some ‘company’ while I twist my hair. Love this style for future braided style inspo. Thanks for the video Jen 🌸
Absolutely loved your video Jenn 😅 your so fun aswell. I've been practicing and I love this gonna continue with that so I can say bye bye to the hairdressers 🎉❤
Look at that I'm here early , God know I've been trying to learn to do cornrows with extentions,I'll definitely try and do these on my sister's hair because I don't think I can on my own hair yet. Also part of the #protectivestylechallenge. I'll be doing knotless braids soon.
My hair is braided like this. has been for weeks. this weekend i’m going to have the top braided like the back. knotless braids because the front is old and looking like it. looking good jenn. 🥰😍🥰😍🥰😍
I actually subscribed after you said subscribe, though I was already thinking of hitting that sub button as soon as the video started. Super quality videos. So let me get back to the tutorial 🥰. Oh and I'm coming from Nappyfu recommendations on her posts.
Look how pretty you are. Thanks for another great video I have accepted that I will never be able to braid trust me I spent the whole of UK lockdown "which lasted a whole year btw". Trying and failing so I give up. But I can live vicariously through you. X
For once am early🤗🤗...its 10pm here in kenya...am doing the #protectivestylechallenge...am braiding my afro kinky following your video for the burgundy braids that you did....
Jennnnn, a promise you name is a promise you keep 😍 I remember I once asked you to do this and you happily said you would....took a minute Buh hey who’s counting 😘 I thank you
I love that shirt! 🔥 I've tried just wearing my hair in cornrows but I had to take it out after a couple of days because my scalp was really itchy - and I don't even braid that tight! Once my hair was loose, the itching stopped. Guess my scalp doesn't like to be seen 😉 Even in twists, it will itch where it is parted...
It’s probably the hair. Some people are allergic to the coating on braiding hair. Try soaking it in apple cider cider and water (look up a proper recipe) before you braid and that may help you.
Girl, you did that!👏🏽👏🏽 I love it! I'm in the bathroom like that, but don't think my sink will hold me!!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣 By the way, I watched you when I did my knotless braids and I've got it now!
I wish you had uploaded this last week when I was trying to make 8 straight back feed-in-cornrows😩. I've been cornrowing my own hair since I was 15 and now at 22 I can say that I'm a pro at it. But trying to do it with extensions was a total nightmare for me. I got so frustrated I ended up doing large knotless braids instead. But seeing as we have the same hair texture, I hope this motivates me tp try it out again, definitely gonna do the moisturing with water thing cause my hair is more plaible when wet. We'll see how it goes 😁
I guess correct on instagram when I said cornrows because you haven't done them in a while and when I saw the back I said knotless. Absolutely looovveee the look. I will be doing this for My next protective style.
Everybody’s saying they wish they knew how to do these or had the patience while I’m wishing I had your your perfect head shape and bone structure to wear cornrows 🙇🏽♀️ 😀
I have a question ! It’s very serious and any answers will b appreciated! I’m soo worried!! I just got my weave done yesterday and we used 2 full packs . I had one piece of hair left over and my hair dresser insisted on putting it in my head because she didn’t want to waste the hair! I didn’t think anything of it until later. All my wefts are single wefts on one cornrow she randomly put in the remaining weave hair DIRECTLY ON TOp of on an already sewn in weft making it a double weft stacked on top of each other and now I’m scared af that part of the hair is gonna break off and I been trying to grow my hair so that’s devestating af! Do u think my hair underneath the double weft is gonna b okay !? Please help!! Any answers r greatly appreciated it ! God bless you
You make it look so easy. I was just watching your box braids video. I think I'm going to try to braid my own hair.😳😄. I'm nervous and excited to try💪🏾
