How to Correct Audio Lag in OBS 

What would make your experience even better in #OBS ?

I am familiar with adjusting the delay in OBS. I don't use video software too much, could you talk about how to use video software to determine the fps of the delay?

125 worked for 30 fps thank you

my audio is so bad thats its over 1 second behind and the sync offset caps at -950ms which helps a little but is still far from it...
