Dealing with sciatica pain, lower back pain, or any pain general just? Icing pain is something anyone can do who is suffering from inflammation or pain. In today’s video I’m covering the best procedure for icing pain, specifically on your lower back for those suffering with back pain or sciatica pain. We use these ice packs in our chiropractic office and follow a simple procedure of two 20-minute intervals of icing. You’ll want to put the ice pack back in the fridge or freezer in between the sessions. This is one of the simplest ways to deal with sciatica: icing for sciatica. Ive been in pain since April 2023. Started on the right side laying down sleepy was tough. Then last week of October it shifted to the left side. Now since Nov its both sides. When it first started I went to my Bowen therapist whom I have been seeing 13years. Bowen for the first time didn't help. Last week I saw a chiropractor and its been 4 days now and the pain which ran down to my calves both legs and buttock, now is only around the L4 L5 area. I feel I am getting finally relief.

I'm going to give it a try. I'm 64 years old, and I've had this pain for a year and a half now. I have a $8,000.00 deductible on my insurance, so PT is out of the question. My posture has suffered because of this pain. I sure hope this helps. Thank you for this video.

i had a diskectomy and laminactomy L4-L5 back in 99. I currently have extreme pain in that area with left leg sciatica. So 6-8 weeks ago sever left thigh pain at night, no back pain. Ended up having mri w contrast to rule out bone issue. Pain did stop. Then 3 weeks ago left leg pain at night for 4 nights. Eventually last week severe muscle spasms around the waist from right side for a day then migrated to back right. That has stop and now replaced by low back pain in L4 area with extreme left leg sciatica. 4 days now. Would you think a chiropractor would see me knowing i had the diskectomy/laminectomy? My Dr. did suggest mri lower back. I do have initial PT appointment in three days but i am going out of mind with pain. I do not use narcotics. I was told ten years ago chiropractors wont touch me due to the surgery so i never entertained the idea until now.
