I had pretty bad dark circles, but I started using caffeine and vitamin c serum nightly on my undereyes, they're a lot lighter now. They won't go completely because my eyes are deep set, but definitely at least 70% better
Taylor hill got dark circles under her eyes and yet people call it as "aesthetic", " " "mysterious". I guess if the rest of your face is beautiful, dark circle just add depth and uniqueness to your face. But if the rest of your face is meh, you just look "tired".
No she doesn't have very dark eye circles just slighly and she doesnt have red eyes and eye bags . 2. Are u rlly comparing a model to an average human?
Can you plz ban “brilliant berbatov” he has commented almost a hundred times, and all he does is tell people they are ugly and he is attractive. It’s really irritating
Dark circles are very goth. Makes you look like the type of person who stays up all night, for mysterious romantic reasons or perhaps because of work and Passion✨.
@brilliant berbatov society determinate what is beautiful, if people start consider dark eyes good looking they will success in finding a mate, this means they would win the evolution race. Of course it may be not healthy, but by this logic every is not healthy
it annoys me because they tend to put red/pink under their eyes which is very different to the brown/blue/purple that people with actual dark circles have.
They put red makeup under their eyes to look more tired and more « psychotic ». Actually having a psychotic look is a trend on tiktok, and red dark circle is just a part of that
I had under eye hollows since I was a kid and I’ve always hated it. I get PRF filler under my eyes and it changed my whole face. I feel so much more confident and attractive.
The photos at 0:30 aren't dark circles, those are under eye bags. Dark circles can be hidden with makeup if there are no contour irregularities. Under eye bags have excess fat causing a shadow below the puff creating an irregular surface "hill, valley, hill". Someone can have both at the same time, darkness and excess fat. I know alot about this because I was born with hereditary under eye puffiness and I've had allergic shiners. I've met with several plastic surgeons and they tell me I'm young with "fatty eyes". As far as being perceived as attractive, I've seen that if someone has other attractive features it makes up for this flaw. If someone has pretty eye shape or pretty lips, the other flaws get overlooked.
Just for the hydratation part - I cant stress this enough - just drinking water will not hydtratate you! You need electolytes! Magnesium, potasium, sodium - Those are the mictroelemnets that make your body cells actualy use the water you drink and not just make you piss more. (And just for the folks who get dizzy when stand up - you need more sodium (or iron))
@@anjar.2910 some time ago I was drinkig only high ph water from the store - it tasted sooo good! But I wondered why I just pee and feel thirsty all the time lol. Later I understood its high ph coz its devoided of minerals.
Can you do a video such as: “Are you conventionally attractive?”, debriefing all things that make one “conventionally attractive”, and how you can determine that. I know that this appears frequently on RU-vid but your approach and execution of these videos would be awesome for this topic.
What a tasteful title lol. Anyways, y’all don’t worry. Beauty trends vary so much. It would be boring if we all looked the same. So own those dark circles haha
I’m subbed to it because I find it interesting. But I also hate seeing all these comments of people thinking that they have to fit one beauty standard, and clearly, you’re part of the problem. I don’t think you understand how fluctuating beauty standards, or facial flaws, are. Look at what was considered “hot” 200 years ago, and compare it to now. You’re not the judge of attractiveness. It’s on you if you only want to see people you deem as “hot”, but know that your opinion doesn’t mean anything in retrospect. Please also try to open your mind. You’re the issue in the world.
@brilliant berbatov every single comment of yours focuses on a statement 'you are a girl so you must be-', easy with sexism mate. I personally don't have dark circles but I've always found them attractive on both men and women, since it somehow adds sharpness to their look. Your perspective isn't an universal one, it's simply yours (just like everybody else's). Also you just come across as bitter trying to disprove so strongly of other people's tastes lol. Just chill
I mean i think anyone is lying if they think dark circles are attractive, but i also wouldnt say its the WORST thing. Most of the time i dont even notice when people have them, and i know many people who are attractive but have dark circles. It doesnt ruin your entire face.
@brilliant berbatov well i find it interesting that you recognize that men being insecure about their height is because of toxic societal pressure, but you cant recognize that women are insecure about their attractiveness for the same reason. Also, considering yourself to be more attractive than other people consider you to be is not insecurity, thats called confidence, because beauty is subjective, and you cannot prove someone factually wrong who says that they are the most beautiful person on the planet.
That is not true. Maybe some people can still look good with eyebags, but they would look better without them. It is a trait that is universally seen as unattractive, as it often is caused by poor diet/sleep, or recessed infraorbitals.
What's up with the clickbait-ish titles off late? The thumbnails seem a lot more elaborate too. Previously all the uploads had a consistently simple looking title and TN. Liked that aesthetic much better.
@brilliant berbatov you're a loser going around replying to every comment like that and making people feel insecure. log off and deal with your own demons
There's nothing wrong with that, no need to stress over it. Having quirks in ur appearance just makes you look more interesting. That's why so many models have things like thicker eyebrows. A lot of people put on fake dark circles and tear troughs with makeup, infact. Hope you can become more comfortable with your appearance and not feel like you need to "fix" it.
Honestly a lot of different people would see that as a attractive thing. I’ve noticed that it is now becoming a beauty trend on tik tok so needless to say, sis your on top of the trend✨
Then don't watch it? If people tell you it looks good then it probably does and you have no reason to feel insecure, even if the channel says so. I have them too but I don't let this video make me feel bad because I love looking dead and creepy.
But theres a difference between looking good with dark circles and looking good because of dark circles. I dont think there are many people who believe that dark circles makes someone MORE attractive, its just that they dont matter that much, so you can still have them and be very attractive.
Not all flaws can be corrected. And even if you can correct them, it's usually through invasive surgery that would leave even uglier scars, or through years of hard work. And then what? There's always gonna be that youthful, perfect person who'll change the whole meaning of beauty and makes you depressed again. Chasing beauty is never going to be enough. Fighting time is a losing battle. Better to focus on personal growth and how to be be content with self-acceptance, and not always trying to fit into the world's shallow and sickening and ALWAYS evolving beauty standards. I'm seriously considering just coloring in my dark circles with eyeliner and walking around like that, hopefully creating a new trend of "I'm fucking owning my flaws, fuck you all shallow pretty people" lol
@@Daph112 that’s not new. Many ugly people before u have just given up before and have simply given the bird to beauty standards. They just have to fall back in their skills and talents so u should have a backup plan and even then attractive people always have an edge on the workplace.
Ahh this video is so comforting! I didn't know a lot of these causes of sun damage, and I really appreciate how you included possible solutions to dark circles, you never fail to satisfy. I hope you do a video on broken capillaries some day~
I have terrible dark circles no matter how much i sleep because my skin is sunken in under my eyes just due to bone structure but my features are all very young and average looking so it just adds something different and mysterious to my features!
COVID left me with massive dark circles. Enjoyed your information on the topic. I listened to it lying in bed, in the dark, with a cold cloth on my eyes.
If it helps anyone, I heard someone say that "dark circles are kind of sexy". Lol Don't be too hard on yourself if you have them (especially if they're genetic). A lot of people do, and it makes you human. I on the other hand induced dark circles on myself due to staying up on my phone every night for long periods of time. But I think maybe mine aren't as bad as I made them out to be. Everyone is their worst critic. It's okay to aim for self improvement, but you're beautiful just the way God made you.
@@daniellaxo5164 woah, just because someone said she has bulging eyes doesn't mean they don't think she's not attractive what you so salty for? Yeah she may have bug eyes but she has other features that compensate for that, sheesh the salt.
OH NO. This was the thing I was worried about the most on my face and it's TRUE. And I'm poor so have limited options on what to do about it. Gah. I'll just be ugly I guess.
one single thing about your face doesn't make you ugly. i'm sure the features you find pretty about yourself outnumber the dark eye circles. and please ignore the troll above, that person is camping under every comment trying to make people feel bad about themselves, they're clearly projecting. misery loves company i guess
@brilliant berbatov I know that I have great features for the most part and can easily get a gf if I wanted to based on how many girls acted around me in the past, but I still let the minor "flaws" get in my head a lot in the past. Nowadays, I don't even really care as I'm not looking for a gf, and I got my mind on greater things.
I have dark circles like that, had them when I was born, and I’m totally fine with them now. Some tell me it makes my face more interesting. I used to be angry for looking different because of it but now I don’t see any issues.
To all the people There is this troll everywhere brilliant barvatov pls don't reply to him he is acting like he is very educated on the topic of attractivnes
dark circles are most common with darker skin races as it's apart of our genetics most of the time but you state that they're the worst feature for beauty :/ yeah it's a no for me
@Subi oml, did I got trolled? Really? Aw- thank you, I don't really feel that good about myself either but I'm not going to take his comment seriously because I know he is already uglier than me. And you, the moat beautiful one here (;´༎ຶٹ༎ຶ`)
Hello Kitty definitely. Which adult actually has the time to reply to every single person expressing an insecurity. .. just to shit on them???!?! like feel free to disagree but just walk away and go. That guy is such a troll
Hard disagree. I have a long midface and my dark circles help break up the space and make it look smaller. When I use concealer I end up looking older.
@brilliant berbatov she looks east asian to me, but that’s besides the point. everyone is a 10/10 in my opinion. even you, although your stinky personality drops you into the negatives 💞💖
Hi I love this channel and have been subscribed for ages now, I find it really interesting. I think the title of this video is a little distasteful on this particular video. Maybe a better one would be something along the lines of 'The effect of undereye dark circles on facial aesthetics'? Thanks :)
As an indian, I have hyperpigmentation, like every indian does, which results in dark circles. I don't necessarily hate it because alot of my friends have it too but I'd love to see myself without them someday.
If you’re not opposed to it, try makeup (can do it in private). There’s colour corrector I use to cover mine. But to be honest, I don’t like the look. I don’t look like me. My eyes look smaller and overall I look weird. Strange how you think you want something, then you get it, then you don’t want it.
@@niewieder99 I had the same problem too. Covered my dark circles with colour corrector & concealer, my eyes seem smaller & I don't know what to do next.
I have bad dark circles but I still look really young even though I’m 20. Some people think I’m a high school freshman, and a middle schooler if I wear a t-shirt or hoodie.
Can you please analyse Hrithik Roshan's face?, He is an Indian actor and the one with the 'ideal jaw' in your video about "jaws". And also please assess why he is considered 'the most handsome man in the world' by many European magazines and US agencies?
Im watching this because I wanted to know more about my little sister’s dark circles (pigmented type) Because it is not genetic. She is 10 and everyone older than her in the family doesn’t have the dark circles. I think I have a slightly better understanding now

Kit harington? Think if people have already attractive features they can get away with it more. Also what category is eye bags that appear under certain lighting?
@brilliant berbatov no idea why boys think that girls care this much about them. Seriously. You’re not that important. Just admit you’re single and mad and get off this page
@brilliant berbatov okay I can sort of understand why you may think that, but that still doesn’t give you a right to bash everyone else on here. I apologize for being rude to you, but I’d really appreciate it if you stopped attacking everyone in this comment section. If not, that’s fine. That’s a choice you make. @@greenbudgieplays8092 yes, i know how genetics work, it is what decide 98% of how a person body is to be. Now, explain to me, why genetics would not affect the skin and the bloodlines below the eyes. Is in the video saying that mediterraneans have more dark cicles
Same, my eyes look disproportionately small for my face without them (though I may just be used to seeing my face with eyebags). I don't like when they're puffy, but they look okay on me when they're just dark
I have them because I have nasal issues ... yet another reason I can't wait for my polypectomy and nose job :( Dark circles can look really hot and moody on some people though, as we can see from the TikTok trend.

I noticed that some people here are like “I like how under eye circles look🥺” and the comments under that are just “False, you cannot like that because it is gross”. If attraction is determined only by how scientifically aesthetic someone is then how can people be into things like older men, feet, or fat people? What you like is determined by your personal experiences as well, stop trying to tell people they don’t like things.

Have been interested to see how under eye support factors into this. Just as an aside I thought for a long time I thought aeygo sal were eyebags. Have noticed dark circles are also more prevalent where under-eye support is poor. Genetic dark circles sounds like such terrible luck.
