Its fun to see the rps for this character and I feel bad for the devs because properly balancing this character seems like its gonna be hard. Due to the high cd on his specials they have to be good enough to warrant it and flawed enough for the opponent to be able to interact with it. Though from what people are saying what he does other characters do better currently so its an interesting give and take with this guy.

It's the Warwick champie icon from league of legends. Vund3r is actually a spin on Vander from arcane. Warwick's real name when he was like the leader of his city before turning into the beast.

Havent met an Lucilius that uses Fireball in neutral. They save it for oki or combos.

Its best to use it for both imo, depends on the character how much you do of one or the other, some matchups he can really get away with using his projectiles to harass you and make you overcommit or try to make you jump and antiair you. In matchups where he doesn't want to play keep away he's getting in and trying to bully you with plus frames and frametraps, and would rather use his H/ult fireball for disk oki and to do the guard cancel bait teleport stuff.

Matchup dependent. If you're playing against Vaseraga or Ludiva you use it a lot in neutral to start building your wings. If you're against Nier, Seox, Zeta you want to use it for oki. In every matchup though you use it in combos when you have 50% meter (236M link into 214U) or when you have wings level 2 or higher.
