Eh, I don't view colas as a direct counter to 079. He has a map and can go anywhere instantaneously, so you can never truly outrun 079, even on all 4 colas, as 079 will always arrive to a location faster than you can. Instant travel > Any amount of speed that the colas can get you to. Furthermore, stacking colas is kind of a death wish, as it just drains your HP faster. I find it much more optimal to go on one cola for infinite sprint and a bit more speed, so you can still outrun SCPs, but its not too taxing on health. The real best counters for 079 are 018 and the Particle Disruptor. These two items break many doors, much more than one grenade could, and 079 needs doors to screw you over. Broken doors means 079 has much less influence to help his teammates catch you. If you throw a ball down a hallway, it can clear out an entire hallway of doors. Particle Disruptor also lets you break up to 5 doors, allowing for even more door breaking. I've found with good use of both items, you can clear out almost a whole zone of doors, leaving 079 very weak at that point, and if you have even one cola, the SCPs basically will never catch you.
Yeah I was running out of ideas by end so the colas were a meme tip basically. Not saying they arent usefull, but the items you listed yourself like 018, the ghostlight and any kind of door destroying instrument are much better.
It's very easy to lose 079 with speed, he can still catch up to you of course but it's a lot harder to track someone going mach 17 across the facility than your average human. Particle Disruptors are very rare and have low ammo, and you're most likely going to die to computer spending so much time in 914 anyway. The short charge up could also be your doom in close range too 018 makes sense and is probably a little better than colas, but its not always reliable because of bouncing and possible self-inflicted damage. I don't know if the first initial throw breaks doors or not, but if it doesn't, by the time the door is destroyed you're dead or went through another door
I have another tip. When you're running from any SCP and SCP-079, always try to bait SCP-079 to close wrong doors. Pretend you're going one way and turn to the other, in this case SCP-079 will either loose coordination, or loose energy
I'm really surprised that you didn't give the tip of that 079 has blind spots. Just stand under 079's camera and it won't be able to screw you over since it doesn't know you're there. This has saved me from getting spotted by 079 from pinging where my location is and 939 attacks.
