Please bring more people like this with different roles and ask them - if they like their work? If there’s too much pr essure? And if there are targets to meet? If I’m VCS we can choose we want to do calls, emails or chats?

I had applied for international voice process but I didn't got selected for voice process. So I mailed the HR and she said that my profile is not shortlisted for voice process but they will consider me for chat process in future. After that in 5 to 6 days I got an interview mail for international chat process and in that interview the interviewer told me my joining date as 25 th September and discussed my salary package and everything else about the shifts. She also told me to wait for 2 to 3 days for email confirmation as my assessment verification was pending because I gave assessment for voice process but they considered me for chat process. I haven't received any further message. I mailed the interviewer my issue she told me to wait as they are working on my profile. So how many more days will it take?
