How to create 3D text in After Effects - Element 3D

I followed your instruction exactly and the element 3D text never stays in one place like the text I 3D tracked. I don't know why. It's very frustrating.

hey its "saying your video card doesnt support the selected configuration, please reduce the layer size" when i add the solid layer... my gpu is 1660ti 6gb and i did reduce the size of the solid layer but nothing happened. help pls
