Also the practice of appreciative inquiry with your team is needed. You have to get your team to have skin in the game as well, specially in the beginning. Currently on this path and making progress... the biggest difficulty so far is just maintaining continued, perpetual focus and discipline to: whenever I have any amount of free time, put it all towards the pursuit. Even if it's just 15 minutes, that's still chipping away.. it's still reinforcing the proper mindset, it's staying true to your passion, and it's validating previous time and resources invested up to that point in time. Unless you plan on dying before you could otherwise launch your product/company/service, you might as well see it through to completion. At the very least it'll teach you a lot and you'll make new connections and expand your life in, ideally, wonderful ways, and at the very best it'll make you millions and change people's lives in a meaningful way.
