awsome video, what happens if i have 2 libraries, one is a review and approver library. I have two optional reviewer coloumns called reviewer 1 and reiewer2 and what can I do if any reviewer 1 or 2 can approve/'reviewed the item to move it to the approval area?

I have got Microsoft Forms with basic questions that I need to send to the first respondent, this respondent will select/fill the form with commentary and once finished, this form should then proceed to the reviewer who would then approve, Once approved this form should then come back to me. how would I go about doing the above.
