deleted the complete instance after 6 month without any information - - my nextcoud is gone - no support - - when i try to upgrade, there is no option to upgrade - - the sales guys do not call back to take the mone

Thank you for your participation. Regarding your question, Oracle does delete unused resources from trial accounts after a certain period. However, I'm not sure why you're unable to upgrade your account, as I'm able to do so in my own trial account. It's possible that you may need to recreate your account with the same email or create a new account.
