I really liked what you did to show the weekends and holidays, but I was wondering if you could make a video to explain one more thing. If I'm working at a company that only works Monday - Friday, and takes off the federal holiday, how can I get the bars to change? For example, on row 20, task 5. the duration of the task is 24 workdays but there are 8 weekend days in the time period that employees won't be working. How do we get the bar to only count workdays and exclude weekends and holidays?
Had an issue with the text for months as it was showing "00" when starting up a new file. Incase anybody has the same issue go to "find & select --> Replace" change "mmmm" to "MMMM". Hope this saves somebody some time

I'm trying to do this but my pop up screen tells me I need an apostrophe in front of the equals to S formula?? My formula reads - =I$7='S' like yours but doesn't allow formatting???
