Hi Michael! If you've previously messaged the page, delete the conversation history and you'll see the Entry Point. Otherwise, make sure you turned on the Entry Point using the toggle/slider in Flow Builder.
Hi, How do I "turn off" the bot in conversation? Like , let's say my customer used the automated answers and knows all from there, but needs some extra information that cannot be provided by the bot - so the client writes his question, and again is sent to the beggining of the convo with the bot, I answer manually but the automated answers keep coming up - when it doesen't make any sense. Thanks!
When you see someone chatting with the bot and human intervention is required, it's best to go into the Live Chat tab in Chatfuel and move that conversation to your Inbox folder. That way the bot won't interrupt your conversation with the user.
This was really helpful I've never knew that this would just so easy to create chatbot in messenger hahaa...anyway does it cost money to create chatbot???
It doesn't work for me, it asks me to "connect" a Facebook Page, which I have not, all I want is to set a custom reply inside my personal Facebook Messenger account and it won't let me to.
please is there is a way to extract data from the chat i.e; i ask for his phone number then later on i get a file to all people who contact me and the phone number especially if they don't add a phone number to their profile, thx
You can't extract their phone number automatically/if they don't enter it, but you can extract that information if they enter it in a User Input plugin. When that happens, you save it to an attribute and then you can use that attribute later in the Google Sheets plugin to export all the data.
Hi, I just try free trial and really upset because some buttons in my flow is not working at all after testing. Is that because trial version so that all testing plan is not working properly? Even "Chat with Support" is disable. :(((

in which app are u making the chatbot,i mean i got how to make chatbot but the first is i should to download the app and there i can make my own bot right?
@@Chatfuel i solved my previous querry, however am stuck again, i made some flow, the entry point is active but i cant use the chatbot when texting from other account. Its just like normal chat. whats the probelm?

I tried flow and automate, is there an option in which I can choose between flow and automate? when I opened the FB page and clicked the messenger, the automate tab only works, how do I set the flow to appear in the messenger? Thanks and great tutorial vid.
Hi there! Did you toggle on the Facebook Page Entry Point? If you already toggled it on, the only you would get from the Automate tab is the Default Answer. You can simply delete that message. That way you can manage everything in Flows!
