I agree with several reviews here. For the first time I understood that we work on two fronts - one on the theme and the other on the builder (Elementor). This helped me a lot as I used to get confused quite a bit. Question: now that the Astra theme comes with sticky transparent header in the free version, would you by any chance have a video showing how to accomplish that on this template you built?

What type of clients would these be most applicable for? Im looking to get really good at one page sites before moving on to multiple page sites and would love to hear your thoughts. If you want to make a template then all you have to do is complete a page using elementor. Once it looks how you want, then just click on the arrow thats on the side of the update button and then click on Save as a Template. It will then save your entire page as a template to your elementor library. Go to your elementor library and you can click export as a json file. I hope this helps.

So here are some general tips I can offer you: Ensure you are using keywords in the headings, include long-tail keywords in the body of the website, have 2,000-3,000 words of content on the page, name any images on the page something with keywords, all links on your page should go to niches relevant to your site and ensure your page speed is fast enough to load under 3 seconds or no more than 5 seconds. You can check page speed with gtmetrix .com - I hope this helps!

If for some reason you're having trouble downloading a template, that's okay. There is a second way of doing the exact same thing. Go to your WordPress dashboard and on the left hand side menu click on templates. From there go to the top of the page and click on add new, and then click on choose file. From here you can select from your computer the exact same template that you were trying to import into elementor. Once you have imported it here, you can now go back into Elementor and click on the gray folder icon. Next go back to "my templates" within Elementor and you should see the template there. Just another way of doing the same thing.

hey dale, this tutorial was good, but, i am having problem with setting up elementor with WordPress locally, when ever i try to open elementor ot just keeps loading and shows an error msg, something about safe mode. So, i am not able to follow along. can you show how to fix it.

So, this tutorial isn't made from a local machine, it's made using shared hosting where with every fresh WordPress install all the themes and plugins are up to date so maybe try checking that all of your plugins/themes are up to date and hopefully that will help!

Hi Dale! I am a subscriber and thank you very much for sharing all of these amazing videos. I am starting to build my own web but I got stuck in one step. I bought the hosting (with the link you provide in the tutorial) but when I tried to install the wordpress, you said it normally takes between 3 and 6 hours or up to 24 hours (this time has passed) and I am still not able to log in to my wordpress, when I click in the Administrative URL (it says that SECURE CONNECTION FAILED - PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR). What can I do to solve this? Would you be able to help me, please?

Are you using *yourdomain*.com/wp-admin? Try to login to your dashboard using that and if it doesn't work from there, contact HG support and they should be able to get it solved out in a few minutes
