To create a simple WhatsApp flow: 1. Go to dashboard.chatfuel.com. 2. Open the Flows tab and add a new flow. 3. Choose your Entry Point. 4. Add content to your flow. 5. Connect your Entry Point(s). 6. Turn on the Entry Point(s).
Great video! I have a question, can we have multiple WhatsApp flows linked to the same number? For example, customer support, product recommendations, or lead generation. Or would this create a conflict because multiple flows would be triggered at the same time? Thanks!
Thank you. Yes, you can have as many flows as you want connected to the same number. But, since your customers have to start somewhere, you'll need to chose one flow where the customer journey will begin. Then, you can send people to other flows: customer support, product recommendation, lead generation. Hope this helps.
