With normal WhatsApp (via the app stores), that is not possible. Yes! Manychat has a direct integration with Google Sheets. You can find it under Settings > Integrations. If you want to connect it to your CRM, they might have an integration for that as well. Hey Hardik! Here are your answers: 1. Nope, then the number would appear. Only really big companies have their display name always appear, but you need to request it at WhatsApp 2. Only 10 Whatsapp Contacts can talk to your chatbot, but I do not know if their is a limit on the number of texts. 3. On average, it takes between 5-15 working days to get approved.
thanks for your explanation, i have one question: what if i want to create a choose from a menu and the user can input either a number or a text. for example: what service you want? 1- repair 2- support how to make it that the user can reply with either "1" or "repair" ?
Then you need to check the option for “Free user input” (to User Input element) and add a condition after it that checks on whether the user said “1” or “repair”. Do you understand?

Hey Dilip! Unfortunately, this is not possible. What you can do is show multiple options with text, for example: 1. Option 1 2. Option 2 And say that they need to type “1” or “2” to determine their flow. Then you can use a user input element and a condition to make the flows goes well.

What you can do is connect ManyChat to a Google Sheet. Just go to Settings --> Integrations and connect your Google account there. Then, inside your flow you can add a Google Sheet action and add information to a specific sheet.

Hey Christian! Yeah, that is possible. Go to Settings -> Integrations and then connect your Google account to ManyChat. Then inside a flow you can insert a Google Sheet action and send the data to a Google Sheet.

Hey Rishi! This is a really good question! I think you could do this, but I would not recommend to do it. A better way is to create a dummy Facebook page and connect it to that. Could be in the future you won't be helping them anymore (for whatever reason) and then it is not possible for your client to easily switch to another agency (because then they need to switch phone numbers and all). Regarding the fee, you only have to pay ManyChat. ManyChat handles the fees that come from WhatsApp.

Otherwise, you can just make a message with, these are my services: Service A, B, C, D. Please send me a message with the name of the service in it. What you can do is a assign a tag to a user once they have finished the test, for example the tag “Finished”. Then at the beginning of the test you set a Smart Delay of 5 minutes (time they get). After 5 minutes you check if they have the tag, if they don’t have it, you need to stop the test.

You can ask it at the start of the conversation and provide a link to the correct channel. If you want to ask it before, I would recommend adding two seperate buttons to your website (for example)
