Can someone please answer this question ..I just want to add separate links of my products that I have on a ecommerce website to another online store because I have low visibility on the ecom site and then paste that online store link on my Instagram...should I go for making a wordpress website for the same or there's some better app/website for it ?

Hi Angela, At this stage, it’s not very practical to create Canva websites for clients because there’s no option to share a website as a template. Which makes selling websites quite difficult. Let’s hope Canva adds this feature in the future 🤞

I watch your videos very regularly, and they are wonderful. Thank you for teaching me how to use Canva. What software do you use to create your tutorials? For example, I am especially interested in the video background removal, which I don't believe Canva offers yet. Correct me, if I am wrong.
Thanks for the lovely comment Kari, I'm glad you are a loyal subscriber and watch all our videos 💛 It's a combination of having a green screen in the studio, the proper lighting to make sure your green screen is properly lit and an effect called ultra key that we use in our editing software (Premiere Pro) to get rid of the background. So far there’s no one-button-solution to achieve this result, it’s a bit of work but with some practice you’ll for sure get it right!
Hello, I wanted to know if your creating a website with Canva. Are you able to create a drop down menu bar? For example if im selling shirts and offer more than 1 size. Does Canva have that feature? or how would you go about doing that in canva??

Unfortunately, that's not possible at the moment. Hopefully this will be possible pretty soon. There are many apps being uploaded to Canva so I wouldn't be surprised if this becomes available in the near future. We'll keep an eye on it :)

Canva websites are still not e-commerce websites. As you've seen, I was giving you a hack to still use them to sell a product, so if you wish to build a multi-product website, I guess you can duplicate the process and add several payout links to different products. But it won't be a very flexible nor ideal solution to sell online.

Hi Sandeep, You can add any button you want, as long as you have links to attach to them... Just remember that Canva is NOT (yet) an ecommerce website builder, so every button, every link will be a way for you to drive the user to a specific page you already have somewhere else!
I don't know if am missing anything from the creation of my website. I have already add my link after all the process and procedures, but it doesn't take me to the link I pasted there...

Hi Coco, try this: Login to your account > Click on the Merchant Services Tab > Click on Solutions > Click on See all Solutions > At bottom of page, look for Industry Solutions > Click on Digital Goods > Click on Get Started. If that still does not work for you, I suggest contacting customer support for assistance :)
Hey there, Do you mean to sign up for Canva Pro? Or to create links for your website? Because if it's to add links to your website, you can already add whatever payment gateways are available in your country. All you need is to be able to generate a link for people to pay you through. Please clarify your question Radley 🤔
