I used the formula, which looks like this =COUNT(B11:AE12)/2*8. 1) The COUNT function counted all the cells with numbers, ignoring text. 2) In the range (B11:AE12), there are cells with the start time of work and the end time of the workday. So, there are two cells per working day. To get the accurate number of days, I needed to divide the result by 2. If I hadn't done this, the result would have been incorrect, as the number of days would have been doubled. 3) The next step is multiplying by 8 because the work shift, minus one hour of lunch break, is exactly 8 hours. By doing this, I determined the number of working days for the employee in a month and multiplied it by 8 hours. As a result, I found out the total number of working hours for the employee.
