I came back here to tell you brother that I watched your video took notes and implemented your instructions to the letter. Before I had a lot of apprehension of the process. But after following your instructions my application was approved in less than 24 hours. I was shocked… I expected at a minimum 48 hrs. Hi Dan, Thank you for your video,I have just registered a seller account in Amazon USA following your video step by step, thank you once more, only want to remark that there were a few small changes, the bank account and tax info. are offered to complete at the end of the whole process of registration once your are verified, and the tax info is just a corresponding W8B or W9(for US residents) to sign electronically.Overall the same experience only 2-3 steps were cut out.

I've noticed that Mercury has stopped accepting PO boxes, registered agent addresses, virtual offices, or mail centers as the company address. This creates a discrepancy between the Business formation documents and the Bank Statement. How important is the matching of the address in the Bank Statement and the address in the certificate of incorporation for Amazon when registering an LLC entity account? Am I correct in understanding that non-US residents have now lost the option to use Mercury bank for conducting business on Amazon?

Hello 👋 I am a citizen of Georgia🇬🇪, I opened a C-Corp company remotely in the United States in the state of Florida, acquired the address of the registered agent in the state of Florida, opened an account in Mercury and, accordingly, in Mercury I indicated the address of the registered agent of the state of Florida, that is, the address of the company, then I registered on the Amazon seller account as a legal entity and when registering on Amazon I indicated the address of the registered agent of the state of Florida and so the question: when Amazon asks me for a Utility Bill, that is, a utility bill, and will I have to provide Amazon with my personal home Utility Bill Georgia or should I provide the Utility Bill of the registered agent of the state of Florida in which my C-Corp company is registered?

None, I am an individual And another question.... In the Country of citizenship field, what should I choose? Hi! Im from Argentina, I ve set up an LLC in WY. Got the amazon seller account aproved on December 15th. I shipped products for FBA and now the account is deactivated. They want proof of address of the business. Like you show in the expample Ive set up everything with my LLC information, so the place of business would be USA. For the address of the LLC I only have the bank statement and no utility bill. Ive contacted support and they told me to change my place of business to Argentina. Ive sent proof of address and the account is still inactive. The question is where should I set up the place of business if I live in Argentina and the LLC is in Wyoming, USA? Thanks in advance.

Hey Dan, amazing video, and I joined your group! I believe this is correct, and open to your input on starting the account one way, but changing the legal entity later. When you set up your new Amazon account, from your steps it looks like you can use a single-member LLC disregarded for your business name. On the tax interview, it would be in an individual name (not a business). But if I started the account in my own personal name or a DBA, and wanted to change to the same single-member LLC disregarded later, that appears to be an issue. This comes up when I click on legal entity it goes right to the tax interview. Again, later on, if I wanted to make a change from my personal name to an LLC name, It appears on the tax interview, I could NOT use a single-member LLC disregarded because when I answer the first question, I would answer an individual (not a business). Does this sound correct, or am I missing something? I know if I set up the LLC would need to be taxed as an S corp or C corp to answer the question that it is a business, leading to the W-9. That would change the legal entity. Separately, it appears you can change the store name to your LLC, which is not always a good idea I know vs. your brand name of your product if private label). This comes up a lot when non-resident sellers want to change from a foreign entity to a U.S. entity on Amazon. Thanks for your input!!

Hi Dan, based on the initial explanation, does this mean that even if I live in a country outside the U.S., as long as I've established a U.S. company through some company registration agency, then I can use that U.S. company as my Business Information, while still using my actual residential address (non-U.S. region) as my Primary Contact Information? There's no requirement for these two to be consistent, meaning I could pass my residential address verification through a utility bill from a non-U.S. region, rather than using my U.S. company address, correct?

Do they ask you for a credit card in the individual plan setup? Im trying to setup the individual plan but I got to a screen after I added my bank and it says add credit card for monthly subscription Fees and a 1 dollar card verification. Does this sound like I am signing up for the professional or individual plan Dan let me know thanks.

If the business bank account I started is so young (2 weeks) doesn’t have a bank statement yet can I use a personal bank statement from my personal checking? Or do you feel as though this will raise a red flag that the personal checking statement won’t match the business address etc?
