Very nice. I am surprised that you did not use lubridate. Animations can be great but tend to be overused. Time series seem like the one logical place to do so. Have you considered demoing "scraping" of tables for instance (form sites that allow it of course).?
Nice video. Do you know if it is possible to get some data at the point? So as it is moving it will show the date and number of air passengers above the newest date?
When i try to run transition_reveal, it renders but don't show any graph... i got this Warning message: file_renderer failed to copy frames to the destination directory ,
It's a permissions issue. Go to your finder. Copy the path it says in the console your files are being copied to. Open finder, click Go>Go to folder , paste path. Once in the file directory, click file, then click something like "about this file" a small window will pop up. Under sharing & permissions change the option from "Read" to "read & write" Save your permissions changes Exit out R studio, open again and rub, it should work now. This exact thing happened to me just now
