How to Create an Attribute Block in AutoCAD

For the content part of my leader I choose a dynamic block that I created. The block has a stretch parameter in it. Once the multileader is created the block has no dynamic abilities. Could you please help me

Thanks for a video. I have a block with around 600 attributes in one block which is used with excel table ( I import data to dwg form excel with ATTIN command). And now I have a challenge to change a location of some attributes in this block, or link attributes inside one block. New location is outside of this block and I cannot use standard command as - move up or move down. Any ideas how is possible to change location of single attribute in a block, or link attributes inside one block? Unfortunately REFEDIT command didn’t help. It change location of a Attribute, but later it still load data from excell at old coordinates.
