Steps to Create Barcodes in Excel:
1. Prepare Your Data:
- Format your data as text: Select the column with your codes (Column B), navigate to the 'Home' tab, click the 'Number' dropdown in the 'Number' group, and select 'Text'.
2. Enter Barcode Formula:
- In the adjacent column (Column C), set up the barcode formula: Enter `="("*&B2&")"` into cell C2. This formula wraps your code in parentheses, which is needed for barcode conversion.
3. Drag Formula Down:
- Extend the formula to the rest of the column by dragging the fill handle from cell C2 downwards.
4. Apply Barcode Font:
- Change the font of the 'Barcode' column to a barcode font: Select the column, go to the font dropdown in the 'Home' tab, and choose 'IDAutomationHC39M'.
5. Install Barcode Font:
