Well in science literature you can find this statement: "the available literature on brainwave entrainment effects due to binaural beat stimulation appears to be inconclusive at best." (National Library of Medicine). There's no proven health benefit about that. Concerning the frequencies: audio frequencies are not linear. Consider a sine wave A at 440 Hz: to get to the octave above the frequency is 880 Hz, the octave below is 220 Hz. So applying a 7,5 Hz difference at 100Hz is way more audible than when applied to 200Hz or a 1000Hz. Besides, if you apply on top of the two sine waves several sounds, the resultant wave is completely out of control because of many destructive and constructing interference. Your 7.5Hz pulses are completely destroyed.
Thanks for that tutorial ! Soooo glad that you show the part on tuning :) especially to 432hz ... BTW! Is there a regulation with (440hz) in music industry ?
That was a great video...thanks so much. So clear and well explained! I am working on a few songs st the moment and want to put the instrument tracks, which are already recorded, into 432hz before i add the vocal. Apparently it sounds strange if you tune the vocal in this way too. Have you any idea how to do that? 🙏
Thanks Iris! great vid. I'm testing out creating some binaural beats at the moment. Have you been using binaural beats over the last year? I'd love to hear about your perspective on them since this vid. Cheers!
Great tips 💎 I have tap into my abilities to create music using binaural beats. Idk if you have insight timer but you should upload this beat there . Thanks for sharing
Congratulations on the quality content you create, it's really good. I'm an enthusiast in binaural beats and solffegio frequencies, but I use audacity at the moment, could you show me how to create these frequencies with quality there?
