How to Create Email Templates in Outlook 

I struggled at first, but realized I was in the "New Outlook Program". Once I switched back to the classic version, your instructions absolutely made sense...good job!!!

I maintain a club list and I am just returning to Outlook after many, many years with gmail. This tutorial was quick and spot on. I appreciate the focused lesson. Thank you!

Thanks for the tip. I attached the template file into a recurring calendar series which saves a few seconds when you want to load the email template. Not a big fan of Outlook but that's what my new company uses.

This is awesome but is there anyway to bookmark the template? Navigating back to the template is a little cumbersome and I send out 100+ emails daily

I just can't understand why it's such a long drawn out process to load a template, it's supposed to be a time saver! :) a keyboard shortcut or something would be great. But this video was great, explained exactly what I was trying to figure out.

Thank you for this video I like using the templates. But now I am having an issue were I cannot save the oft file type. All I get is Text only, HTML or MHT for file type. Do you know how I can fix this? Using most current version of Outlook. Thank you.

what about replying to an email with the template?

The process to create the template is fine, but in my case I’d like to use a template to send 300 messages that are mostly the same, and going through the steps to pull up the template is too much.

Training was great. When the emails is sent to an email other than Outlook, the email changes appearance.
