Waqf is a key pillar of the Islamic economy and is the bedrock of sustainable and continuous charity, or Sadaqah Jariyah. However in recent times, it has become lost and forgotten about.
In this video we outline what a Waqf actually is, talk through the past examples of Waqf that have been used by Muslims, and highlight why we should consider Waqf as a way of making long-term and sustainable impact.
