I applied for EE and was told that I am not eligible. I'm married but my spouse doesn't have IELTS result. Is it a must that she must write language test?
‼️‼️CORRECTION: In education section, for question: Was more than half the study program English or French as a second language course, the answer should be NO, i accidentally selected yes in the video, please be mindful
That costed me 15 less points on my express entry profile, and I realized my mistake after getting ITA. Can you help me out what should I do now before I submit my documents? My profile is locked now. Can I unlock my profile so I can update these details? Definitely my score will not go down.
@@jaldeepsenjaliya3425 as long as you received ITA, it doesn't matter now. if you didn't receive ITA, it matters. Just fill out a webform informing the change and don't expect a reply from ircc.
I’ve selected yes and I submitted the application yesterday, so now, should I change it to No? And if I update it to no, then the CRS score will change?
Hello! I am planning to apply in 2024 and started researching about steps to follow as I wish to apply without any representation. I must say I am really glad to come across your profile. Detailed and Informative! Appreciate your time, energy and effort👏🏻👏🏻!!!
Hello, I am glad the video is helpful. It takes me around or more than 100 hours to work on a single video starting from detailed research to final touches. It really feels good when I see its helping and worth my efforts. Thank you 🙏🏼
@@invest4kHi, the work experience column does not have any option for date, so how will IRCC calculate the work experience by month or we need to provide some date?
I applied express entry profile and it shows met only on cec program. I have already shows required noc b express of India, shouldn't it be shown met in federal skilled worker program as well ?
Hi Raj, video was very informative, but I have one question I have a experience from India. I want to add in my file how I can do that I hope you reply soon.
What does 1+1 mean in education section? I just have done Btech in India. If I complete mtech in India, will I become eligible for 1+1? Where can I see recognised universities by Canada for mtech ?
I'm new to Canada, came through my employer working with closed WP. And I'm about to have 1 year exp. by Nov 2024, and i'm LMIA exempted and my employer filed a amendment petition recently to change with role and location change which is in progress with IRCC. with this amendment petition my role and NOC code is changing. however my duties on both NOC codes overlap, in this case which NOC code i should choose as my Primary occupation when i submit my express entry profile by December 2024 (assuming my petition would be approved by IRCC then)?
Hi, I have a query regarding points for Foreign experience. I have total 3 years and 11 months of experience. My CLB is 8, celpip score 10,8,8,8. And based on their calculations, I have just got 13 points instead of 25. My work experience is in noc 64400, 63102 & 11109. I have tried with one code for all but I couldn’t see any changes. Could anyone help ?
1) Is Proof of Funds compulsory for an International Student who is on a work permit now and do they require 6 months statement or if we do not have this amount can we deposit the amount now for Proof of Funds? 2) Can a Pharmacy Assistant with only 6 months experience create an Express Entry Profile for PR? 3) Under which program can she apply? Is it CEC? Confusing.
Hi, very good information. I have LMIA which is PR supporting only i do not have close work permit yet as i am still in my pgwp. Can you share the lmia part again for pr supporting only? As under the question do you have valid wp for the job offer I can’t say yes because I don’t have LMIA based wp but I can’t say no because i have wp and i am already working for same employer. I was doing full time paid internship during my studies and this internship also continued for 8 months on my work permit. I am looking to count this for my Canadian experience, but what should I indicate my start date of employment as? The date my work permit was applied as the experience gained as a student does not count? I joined the company as a student before I was on work permit.
Hi...so i am in the category where i worked full time in teer 2 and at the same time i was studying for a 2 ye course full.time...this is because of last yr gov policy that students can work full time.Based on that, can i give 1 yr canadian experience on my profile or my job experience comes valid for express entry from i received work permit? Plzzzzz reply plzzz
I have a question, I am an international student (I have not finished the program yet), and I plan to apply for PR through the Federal Skilled Worker program, here is my question, do you happen to know if international students need proof of funds? Since I have a work permit, I am unsure if I need proof of funds. I would really appreciate your help, please!!
After I finish the program, and if I have a valid job offer, I no longer need proof of funds, right? That's kind of what I got from reading this website. Thanks a lot.
Hi @invest4k . I have a question for work history. I am applying for PR but curently I am not employed i am looking for new sector to work in. I worked a keyholder job which was part time, however I still worked full time hours and overtime. In work history do I have to provide the Indian experience or only Canadian one. What should I mention as per the above scenario?
Thanks for the video - very helpful! Question though: it can take time before sitting a language test and I would like to have my profile created ASAP to be in the pool. Can I input "estimated" language test result + fake ref # just to be in the pool, and edit that info later? (assuming results will be positive and makes me legible). I know I would have time to take the tests while waiting for an invitation hence would rather create the profile as early as possible and get the docs later.. Thanks!
hey Raj thank you for a very detailed video! I was just wondering if for the question "was more than half the study program English or French as a second language courses?" we should answer No, I studied a bachelor in Canada, and everything was English, so No would be the right answer? Thanks!
5:40 I'm not sure if I ever applied. I created an account a year ago and might've submitted a preliminary application, but I don't think I ever paid for anything. Should I still answer Yes?
Hii Raj. First, thank you so much for making this amazing informative video. It helped me understand the whole process. I am currently working as an Assistant Physiotherapist in a private clinic in Canada which comes under the NOC-B category. In upcoming December, I will be finished with my one-year work experience as a full-timer over here. I have a query regarding my pay stub details. I get my salary monthly and in my paystub, my owner didn't mention my wage per hour and total number of working hours. I got the duration which is one month and the total amount. He said that his software doesn't allow him to mention wage and number of hours in the paystub sheet. Do you think it can create any issues when I submit my paystub??
Thanks for the informative video I have a doubt, i started working for my employer Oct 2023 and i will finish my 1 year experience in Oct 2024, And i have worked full time throughout the year, But the only thing is There were just 2 Bi-weeks in which i only worked 54 hours due to health issues, So is it okay ? It won’t create an issue right ? Still it will count as 1 year experience? Instead of 1560 hours i am having 1548 hours ? Please respond ! Those 2 bi weeks were in March 3 - 16 / 54 Hours March 17 - 30 / 54 hours
HI RAJ, THANKS FOR THE DETAILS BUT I SUBMITTED AN APPLICATION WITH EXACT DETAILS THAT YOU MENTION BUT IT IS SAYING THAT MY PROFILE IS INELIGIBLE I TIRED TWICE BUT SAME RESULT AND I AM PRETTY SURE THAT I HAVE PROVIDED CORRECT DETAILS , CAME AS AN STUDENT AFTER COMEPLETING 12TH , STUDIED 2YEARS HERE AND CURRENTLY HAVE 3 YEARS PGWP AND 1 YEAR OF FULLTIME WORK EXPREIENCE BUT IT STILL SAYS PROFILE ELIGIBLE CAN YOU HELP ME OUT HERE ?
Hi, I am not able to understand your question. LMIA is a part of closed work permit, you will need the work permit in order to be eligible for PR in this case.
Hello, sir yesterday i created my express entry profile and status is submitted now i want to change some details in my profile. is it possible? or can i withdraw my application and again create profile?
Sir, I completed my master in canada but i finished my BE in india . But when i created my profile in express entry I didn’t give all information like i mentioned BE i did but I didn’t fill EOA . Is it necessary? Any points?
I have 4 years of work experience in India under NOC 21301 (Mechanical Engineers) and over 6 months of experience in Canada under NOC 21321 (Industrial and Manufacturing Engineers). Since NOC 21321 is listed under the in-demand occupations for category-based draws, I am considering using it as my primary NOC code. However, I am unsure if using NOC 21321 will make me ineligible under Express Entry as I don't have a full 1 year of experience in that NOC. On the flip side, if I use NOC 21301 (Mechanical Engineers) as my primary NOC, I would be a candidate in the pool. Additionally, I would include my NOC 21321 experience in my work history. Will this strategy allow me to receive an invite under category-based invitations? Will the system recognize that I am currently working in an in-demand occupation even though it's not my primary NOC? Can you advise on the best strategy to maximize my chances of receiving an invitation to apply under a category-based draw?
Hello, Thanks for making this video. Just a quick question, my study is in Business admin from India , and business PG diploma from here, am I still eligible for this OINP HCP stream as my primary occupation is Technical Support (22221). Study and primary occupation should align to meet the criteria, for receiving expression of interet?
Hi Raj, I already have PGWP and I claimed points under dual intend lmia. I have not applied for wp yet. Should i say yes to the question say if i have valid work permit for the current job in canada?
Hey Raj Patel. Thanks a lot for making this video. I was so much confused about the job offer letter thing, but you are the first one who addressed it. I just have one more question. I have been working full time in Canada since 13 March'2023, so I will complete one year on 12 March'2024. Back in India, I have an experience of 3.5 years in a skilled trade. So now I am confused about what should I put in my primary job responsibility. If I put my Canadian work NOC Code, I am worried if I would be deemed ineligible in CEC. Can I put my Indian NOC as of now to put my file in the pool and once 12 March arrives, I go into the portal again and change the primary job responsibility to my Canadian NOC Code, so that my file becomes eligible under CEC? Thanks a lot in advance brother!
Hi, for creating express entry profile, you have to provide all your experiences, even though your primary occupation is different right now, you will be eligible for FST with your indian experience, try with your current experience first and if it doesn’t work, recreate with indian experience as primary. All the best!
Hi Raj. I still have the confusion. So if I make indian experience as the primary now, then will my file automatically be considered for CEC once 12 March arrives and I complete one year of work in Canada? Or if I do not receive an ITA by then, I would have to come back and reset my primary occupation as my current job, and then only system will pick my file under CEC? I mean what I think is that even if I make my Indian Experience as primary right now, as soon as one year is done for Canada, I would become automatically eligible for CEC. Does it work this way?
Because I think if I put my current job as primary, then it would be like asking to consider my canadian work experience, and the minimum eligibility is 1 year. So i mean the system will automatically consider my file to be ineligible. I mean logically it looks like this.
Hello Raj... Can I create an Express Entry account without Canadian work experience? I have 14 years work experience outside Canada? I just recently graduated in Alberta and I'm under Pgwp now. If YES, what is the steps pls? I tried to create and it says...not eligible :(
Yes, you can do it, just watch the full video and file it accordingly, if you skip the video, you might lose some important parts in it, if you have doubts with ineligibility, reach out - tidycal.com/rajpatel/express-entry-profile-doubts-30-min
Hi again, Raj! For the work history, the criteria stated continuous 1YR, how if I took a gap year/s from work? I entered all my work experience, I accumulated more than a year but less than 2 years within 6 years but unfortunately, I am not qualified for express entry, do you have any suggestions here? Thank you in advance!

HI just wondering why my canadian work experience has no points? I started my full time job last july 2023 and finished my studies august 2023. will still it depend if i reach the 1560 hours? I appreciate the reply :)

hi, in work experience section: i'm working one job since my studies. so here shall I add work experience from that year when I was studying and only working parttime job /// or shall I add work experience from when i got work permit and i was working full time?
Sorry I don’t understand, english language test is to check your English proficiency which is done through either ielts, toefl or pte. You can only show your proficiency by using either of these methods, there is no exemption unless you are born in an english speaking country (national language)
I have finally arrived in Canada. We are planning to apply for PR, and since my husband has 2 years of work experience in Canada, he can apply through the CEC program. Do I have to wait for his PR card to be approved before he can sponsor me? Kindly advise.
Hai i studied from September 2021 - April 2023. My 3 terms were online and 1 was hybrid. So that would mean I would not have completed 50% in class and hence select No, right?
Hi Bro, I have a doubt while I’m creating my express entry profile. What if the company’s name is not in the list of eligibility ? I’m filling the section Intended work in Canada.
Hi, I have a question regarding Current Residence. Can I still be eligible for express entry if I am no longer in Canada and Outside? My work permit has expired and I am outside the country and hoping to get an invitation as my EE is still valid for a year. Please guide me regarding this.Thank you
Yes, ofcourse you are eligible for all the draws, as long as you have Canada Experience you will get points for those jobs. You can always create a new EE if it expires. All the best!
Hi Raj, Great video! I actually have already received my ITA. But as I'm on a closed work permit my work permit ends during April 2025. And I can only opt for an extension in the coming month. So my question was is there a document which needs to be submitted stating that I have a valid job even for a year after receiving PR to be submitted or should only my job offer letter suffice?
Hi.. i have a study permit application in progress with IRCC decision has not been made.. can i also apply for this express entry? If yes .. can i use my study permit application UCI num while filling this express entry form ? Is this not going to hav a red flag on my study permit application. I’m still in my home country. Will be expecting your response.
Hi bro what is NR74 form. I recently got from CRA to submit on behalf of my husband status in Canada. But he doesn't have a Canadian visa till now and he got rejected once so I didn't apply again. Can you please let me know what to fill. Thank you
You might have claimed some spousal tax benefits, thats y they want to know his residency status. Ask your accountant if you filed with them on how to reply. If you did it on your own, you will have to call CRA and let them know you claim was false by mistake.
I applied for Express entry profile but it wasn’t eligible So while creating a new application What should I answer to the following question Has Salman applied for Express Entry Before ? What should I answer Yes or No ?
@raj Patel-invest4K the correction in the comments is not helpful as none of us follow the comments. You need to make an effort to edit this video and put a star or something with a reference to the comments in the video itself. This cost me my ITA and now I have to keep waiting.
I am sorry that happened to you. RU-vid doesn’t allow much editing and I have mentioned it tons of times in comments and descriptions. Even with that its not a one on one service I offered to you and so if you are not reviewing and blindly following without checking everything on the video, its inevitable to make mistakes even when I try my best. Please reach out raj@invest4k.com if you are confused and need help.
hey bro I have 10 months of Teer: 2 experience and 6 months of teer 3, what should I select on the work experience teer section? can some one please reply? Thank You!
I just wanted to know, what time is the best to create express entry profile? Is it right after getting work permit or after one year of work experience ? And do i have an option to edit the work experience later on?
Hello Raj…You have made a great video. It helped us a lot and resolved alot of queries. However, i have some questions.I hope you give its answer. I have done Personal support worker program. In the question,” do you have a certificate of qualification from canadian Province or Territory” can i put yes as i have certificate from college or i fill No in that section as it should be specifically for some other skilled trades. I am confused in this question. Please guide regarding it. Other question is from work experience section. I am currently doing one full time and one casual job as PSW. Do i need to add both in work experience by selecting ✔️in current job point. Thank you in advance.
You can put your certificate but it won’t give you points as its only for trades. Also, only need to show full time job. I hope it helps, if need any support, please reach out invest4k.com/book-appointment

I have assessed my master's degree through WES, do I need to specify older degrees or just the highest one ? If I do specify older degree's do I need to get them assessed ? What proof do I need to provide?
Amazing video, sir! I have two questions about the process that I hope you can help with: 1. I completed my graduation in India and recently finished my MBA in Canada. Do I still need to do a WES evaluation? 2. During my MBA in Canada, I worked full-time in a TEER 4 job. After completing my MBA, I was promoted to a TEER 3 role. It's been 7 months since I started in TEER 3, so I’m eligible for CEC. Should I submit my file to the pool now or wait until I’ve completed 12 months before applying?
Hello Raj, Your video is helping us lot, but I have one question. Do we need to add all our work experience in work history that we gain during our continued study as well or Do Just we need to add full time experience after completing study ?
Hi. I have tried many times to create a new express entry profile. I already have a nomination from SK but IRCC closed my PR application because of a missing document. I was advised to create a new EE profile which I did. I am eligible but the application won''t link to my GCKey. What seems to be the problem?
you can focus on what i am explaining, you need to choose degree awarded if you finished the studies and if you are still studying you can choose No for that question.
most likely No unless you are applying for FST, please check this video know about scores in detail - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-nRwW6ICt5x0.html

Thank you for this helpful and detailed video. I’m confused with the question?Studying Full time while doing this job? YES/NO? I’m currently graduated and on PGWP. However i get my job while I was a student, I was studying full time while working. Do I answer No because I’m not a full time student anymore or Yes cause technically I did start working while in school. Your help will be appreciated, I’m kinda stuck on that question?
Hi, I am glad the video is helping, please do subscribe if you want to watch more videos like this on Immigration and making a better financial future. For your question, if its a part-time job, you can say "Yes", if its a full-time job, its not possible to do a full-time job while studying as per your work permit so that would make it illegal before you graduated. So make sure if its a transition from part time to full-time job, you have 2 entries, 1 for part time and 1 for full time. If you need any other help please feel free to book me tidycal.com/rajpatel
@@invest4k Thanks for your response. I’ll definitely subscribe! I think I might book a consultation with you. Per the website it doesn’t look like you have anymore openings today?

@@invest4k I'm also looking for the exact same answer. To manage the after COVID shock, the Canadian government allowed Study Permit (SP) holders to work full time until the end of 2023. During that time I started my full time job even if I was in my SP. Then after 5 months when I completed my degree, I continued doing that job under PGWP. So what should I select in this case?
Hi Raj, thanks a lot for sharing this video. Can I ask is it better to select all provinces than choosing one? (I am currently working in Alberta under open work permit) Thank you
Yes, I always recommend using all if you are flexible to move as the situation in Canada is changed. There are no obligations once invited, if you are not interested, you could always reject the province’s invitation. All the best!
thats an edge can scenario, i would advice you to discuss over an appointment. Generally speaking, you may be able to apply as it was DLI when you studied but then again different rules applies to different situations. Ideally, discuss with your college immigration department.
Can you tell me why i am unable to sign the last page of my application. My all columns are completed but when i click sign, it goes back to home page.
