Great video, Ben. With regard to the lead magnet delivery, would you say it's better to send it via email or give it to the prospect immediately upon completing the form? It seems like the former is the obvious choice since it prompts them to open an email from you and click the link, thus possibly improving the deliverability of future emails. Is there any significant benefit to just including it in the instant form?

Hi Ben, great video, thank you. Can I ask if the rules on not having personalisation in the ad copy and creative also apply to the questions you can ask in the instant form? Can you ask a question like ' Do you want a minimum of 2 hours cleaning per week? as one of the questions on the form? Or would asking a 'Do you' type question on the form be likely to get the ad rejected in the same way that it would if you put it in the ad itself?

Ben, thanks for some great content. If I’m running a lead form ad, can I set it up so that the algorithm favors people who are more likely to submit my form versus simply click it? I am trying to run a lead form where the prospect will exchange info for a pdf, How do I link the PDF for download from the lead form? FB says I need to use a website URL, and does not have the option for a uploading a file. Do you have a solution, or have a video which covers this?

Hi Ben. I did everything the same as you in the video. I am getting leads in but the people they tagged can not see the ad like an error that it is unavailable and even when I copy the link of the ad and send it to my friend he opens the link and it immediately says ERROR and can't even see it. That is very frustrating and I contacted the facebook time 5 times in 3 days and they say like cleaning my computer cache etc, ad blocker and some stuff like that which I did and it doesn't resolve anything. I made a new ad of lead gen today which has the same text and everything except the picture is different. The same thing happens ERROR but it looks like everything is ok. People who see the ad like it, comment on it like tag two people and after that when they want to see it again it says error. It is making me crazy and it is my first campaign like this one. In my ad I didn't put out any question in my forms I just put in that they give me their phone numbers, emails and names. I even wanted to go through the ad with my brothers phone and at the last step where I would click submit it would say something like something went wrong etc ... I checked my page to see if the lead came in and it didn't and after a few minutes I get the lead info in from a person who saw the ad which I don't know I can imagine how many more leads would come in if the ad would work properly. Do you maybe have any solution or someone who would probably know what is going on? Thank you
