I think if 90% arent working then it's likely the platform ripping people off ;-) I'll give you a perfect example. I had a trusted facebook business page with a over 44k followers and ran ads for 1000's of dollars each month and the performance was sub par! I had maybe 1 or two purchases from running these ads. I lost that access to my facebook profile and the business page and had to start over again. I stopped running ads and just posted to my new page and pow went from 1 or two purchases a day to 6-8 purchases a day without any ads. I personally think facebook are seriously ripping people off in terms of ads
Good tips but too long on unimportant stuff. For first 3:20 minute you kept repeating one sentence. Good offer is important. Which by the way is not an innovative idea. Yet. One to two sentence was enough. Not a couple minute long.
Thank you for sharing this Ben! However, I’d like to add something on to this. There’s a lot of honest and non-scammy ways you can make your offer be perceived more valuable. No matter what you’re selling, you should understand the physiology of your dream client or customer and communicate accordingly in your Facebook ads. In my personal experience this has made a huge difference for most of my clients 😊
I always watch your video from Pakistan . I am following you from 1.5 years . I have learnt so much , Thanks man for this valuable content . Please make a video on Whatsapp ads!
Ben, I agree, agree, agree. I've been a marketing consultant for over 25 years. Once had a client with a local wine shop where customers could make their own wine, have a wine label designed and then purchase a case of wine they felt proud of. They could brag to their friends that they made the wine, bottled it, and it even had their own name on the bottle. Cool concept. So we had a party to do some wine tasting with local business owners. Every single person at this focus group poured the wine down the sink! Even though the wine was free, they didn't even want to take any home. In other words, the wine store's offer was very bad out of the gate. So now I had to have a conversation with the wine store owner how no amount of marketing, discounts, nothing would allow him to be successful. I told him that he had to go back to the drawing board, do some serious research and really learn his wine-making craft. And fully understand "HOW" to make quality, good tasting wine. He still didn't quite understand what I was telling him... so I told him that your wine tastes like dog crap. And no amount of gimmicks are going to get you repeat business. 🤣🤣🤣🤪🤪🤪
Great tips Ben, I particularly liked the bundle idea. Another really good tip is to make sure their Facebook page that the ads are running from looks professional and has a number of good reviews. I know when I go to make a purchase now on Facebook I always check the Facebook page to make sure it's an established and recommended business as I've been stung in the past from dodgy businesses that quickly create a business page and start advertising.
@@BenHeath you're welcome, thanks for sharing your content it's really helped with my recent ad campaign. I've just finished working through your online course too, I highly recommend.

Jesse, that would be true for all online advertising platforms. All the spoils go to the very best. Also, there's a big difference between 90% of ads failing and 90% of advertisers. A lot of the Facebook ads we test don't work, but that doesn't mean the campaigns don't work because there are others in there that do.
But this is all based on a client that is very careful with their money... What if I'm selling an e-commerce product for people who don't care do much? My product is premium dog accessories
Dear Ben, thank you for all your amazing videos. How would you however create a good offer if you work in healthcare and you're not allowed to do it by law? we are a dentist clinic and are allowed to advertise that we exist but not to make discounts or offerings, which ofc wouldn't make sense also. We try to advertise through good imagery and storytelling/testimonials. What would your suggestion be here? thank you
Hi, when i want to advertise, I put in my target audience the UK, all genders and age between 18-35 and the estimated daily results is maximum reaching 2k. Do you have any idea please why it is so low? Is it related to ios14? Any solutions please?
hI ben thank you so much for all the detailed videos , i am new business and want to increase followers and likes etc for trust factor , which video would you recommend for business like me to watch to increase followers and for brand awareness. thanks
Hey Ben, please answer my question. What’s the minimum per day budget to target USA audience? We have tried setting $ 20 per day but on the first day the campaign ended up attracting just 2 clicks and 150 impressions. It didn’t fetch any conversions. It’s working fine with India targeting but not USA.
You can start with a budget like that but it is going to take a while. With just that many clicks, I think you need to improve your campaign. Make the ads more engaging, the offer more enticing, etc.
Heyy ben thanks for ur videos it's really helpful I'm beginners on Facebook ads my problem is when I run a campaign I see results only on the first 6 or 8 hours after doooown , thanks again
Hi Ben! I’m almost deciding about my first offer for making money. As a songwriter and arranger who posts covers the options are Patreon plans, a course or affiliate for equipments. Does any of these three sound like an easier way to start? My official channel has over 500 subscribers, 20 music videos, a year of duration and 37K views in total. I love watching your videos! Thank you for sharing a lot of free and useful info!!!
Hi Ben, would you recommend each ad set to have one individual interest or several within one ad set? I have been adding 10 interests within one ad set and have been getting decent results. I spoke with a Facebook agent and that’s what they recommend. Is there a better way? For example, just having several different ad sets with just one interest? Thanks.
Nice content here 👌 I want to ask, what is the best way to get back my FB page (score is 1.7) do I need to create a new one, and can I get my post ID on the new one for advertising. Thank you
This is a page restricted because of low costumer feedback. It is very hard to get it running again, but if u want to try, I have a working solution. Worked for me at least 4-5 times.
Hey! It was an interesting video! I've just started drop shipping. I'm facing an issue with my facebook ads. There are "5 website purchases" but no sales/orders yet. It's been 2 days since I launched my store. I'm not able to understand what does it mean? Thanks!
Hey Ben great stuff! and a good point on that trust factor when you are relatively new, especially with a service-based offering like coaching. Do you go with an awareness campaign first then a conversion?
Hey Ben, can you please let me know whether I should keep my audience in ad set level broad or specific? If broad then how much? Like 600,000 is good or it should be more broader?
Don't you think, Ben, that if you don't have a reasonable following on facebook or/and instagram no matter how good your ads are you won't sell much. In the end don't people buy from you if you have social proof and trust?
Hi Ben. Great videos, thank you. Off-topic question - how can I find out which campaign ad targets performed the best? Can't seen to find the answer anywhere. Have you got a video that deals with this subject? Thanks in advance.
Thanks David. Are you talking about targeting at the ad set level? In which case you just need to navigate to the ad set level and you'll see that data.
@@BenHeath yes, that's correct. I'm looking at the ad set level 'Charts' and 'Inspect', yet I can't seem to find a breakdown of my target performance. Sorry to be a pain.
@@davidallen8404 you can't find out which audience performed best unless you have one audience per adset. if you have multiple interests in one adset then no way to tell.
Hi Ben, do you have a video about how to make an ad on how to get your first sale for a very new website? - if conversion events are all red dots still.
