Hello Everyone. Please note.... You will only get it when you are hosting in godaddy.. But if you are using cpanel, you will see an option under email section as "Forwarders". Click there and click 'Add Forwarder'. Then you will see an area as 'Add A New Forwarder'. Type the begening of email you want. eg. yourname or contact etc.... Then in the second box choose your domain name. Then in the 'Destination' area There will be a box - 'Forward To Email Address'. Type your gmail address there. Then click "Add Forwarder" button. Now you can follow other steps as shown in the video. Also note DNS record is under Domains section. And it is shown as Zone Editor Click there to change it. OK Thanks

I assume he is using a zoho account as he does not have a hosting account. Godaddy seems to provide email accounts with their domains, otherwise there is no need to go thru zoho unless you are into mass mailing

You really do not need a ZOHO account. You can use your current gmail's servers which is smtp.gmail.com and in email field can put your current gmail account : username@gmail.com and for passwords you can create a new app password from google settings page. This works awesome for me. So now you are using your current gmail's servers to send emails from alias.
Yes! Bhavdeep is absolutely correct, I just tried this and it worked. This basically allows godaddy domain customers to add up to 100 free addresses through gmail for each domain, and each gmail account can have its own login. For further instructions, google "tjkelly gmail". Slight caveat, all incoming emails through godaddy forwarding will have a red padlock indicating that TLS security was disabled. However, all emails sent out from your account WILL have TLS enabled, so your customers won't see any problem. In the video WebsiteLearners video, you'll notice that the first gmail user he sets up DOES NOT have the red padlock, so it seems TLS is working. However when he adds a second user, the TLS is broken and you see the red padlock. Perhaps there is some way to configure Zoho to activate TLS on incoming messages sent to gmail. Otherwise if it's not possible to get rid of the red padlock for 2+ users, you may as well go with Bhavdeep's suggestion and connect Godaddy directly with Gmail.

So Zoho gives you a free email address? GoDaddy already gives you a free account. What if you registered your domain with Google and they want $5 for business email address. Can I use Zoho for free?

You can get a domain at 1and1 for 99 cents for the first year. Not to mention its pretty self explanatory that if its a business domain you should own it.
Zoho is not needed. Once you forward email from your domain, just go to gmail settings and add that email account Go to godaddy provided webmail and confirm.

Thank you for the video. I have a domain name hosted with Godaddy. I already a business email through Godaddy (It was the free one with Cpanel I believe). The main reason that I want to use it with Gmail is because I am working with a web designer who I don't know that needs access to my Cpanel details. I don't want to give those details to him because then he'll have access to my business emails. If he ends up being a bad guy I guess he'll be able to read my business emails and steal business contacts. Would following the steps in this video eliminate that risk? If so, can you please explain how it would eliminate the risk? Can he still access the business emails from my Cpanel or do anything else to give me trouble? I have my MX records correct, DKIM and everything else they asked for set up. It gave me notifications when they weren't Thing is I still can't seem to get the verification e-mail sent to my zoho e-mail inbox. ALSO upon sending a test e-mail to my domain e-mail from zoho it appeared right away into zoho but not at all in my gmail inbox. Any ideas? :(

I still can't see how it is free. First, you buy a domain(of course that is fine) But then you have to buy an email from GoDaddy which as of today is 60 Rs a month. Then you create a Zoho account and buy a standard plan from there at Rs 160 per month. Can you please explain so we may save a few bucks????
Video is outdated, Zoho now makes you pay for POP access.. simply put you need to pay to use a business mail through zoho with gmail.. it's not free.. however, only €24,00 a year. so it's not too bad..
