This is super helpful man thank you! I always record sound design runs, whether it be synthesizing or resampling audio I've recorded, etc. And typically I try and break it up and label each sample in the moment. So I've got folders upon folders of samples and I also have the izotope bundle. Not sure why I've never checked out RX, but you definitely have me a reason to. I want to start getting in the swing of making packs to market and distribute. I've been dreading sorting through everything. This will save loads of time. thank you for always getting to the root of situations and approaching quidance without opinionated response. I may use FL Studio but the math and science is universal, just different tools and such. So thank you for sharing wisdom 🤙🏼❤️
Love this! Do you have any more vids about the process of actually creating sample packs? I'm releasing an album and want to release some packs with samples/instruments used on the album. PS - not in a weird way, but I can tell you're a dancer by the way you move, very flow-ey :D
Can you please try to bring NURKO again? He's one of the best producers out there and he just released his new track "if it isn't you"!! If you could bring him again, It'd be so amazing!!!!!!!
Hope all is well your way. Just found your channel. I use the Auto Sampler on my Akai Force to bring in large groups of samples from old hardware synths that have collected over the past 30 years. It does a fantastic job with one exception. It has an option to remove the empty space before a sample, but not at the end of it. I end up with some really great samples that all have a bunch of empty space at the end. I found a program that would remove the space but it does not remove it at the right spot and create a "pop" or "click" at the end of the sample. I have tried to search for a way to batch process the files so that all the trailing empty space is removed with out leaving a pop. Either I am not searching correctly or am just missing it. Is there a way to do this?
@@MidiFister I did not find anything that would trim the ends. I learned to just live with the space at the end. If I needed to trim it later I just did it when needed.
