I watched this and the previous video you’ve made amazing helped a lot. Could you possibly make a video on how to direct the emails to primary folder instead of spam?
Hey there, great question, we made a video a while ago here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wmKxNs9styE.html . Check it out and let me know any other questions you have
Cool idea, @Samantha Zack! That's definitely possible. You'd just need to add another split to the flow above Email 1. You could create a split with "Has consented to receive SMS." In the "yes" path, include Welcome 1.1 (Email & SMS) with the 10% discount, and consider sending an SMS as well. In the "no" path, have Welcome 1.2 (Email only) with the 5% discount. If you collect SMS consent on page 2 of the form, add a 1-minute delay before the split to give subscribers time to complete the form before receiving the email.
Great video: I am going through my Klaviyo now to update it from your video, my errors: How does the buyer customers get the 10% discount code, is this code emailed to them or sms to them.? Press submit, subscribed, now where is the code delivered
I am so glad you found it useful so far. To learn more about the latest version of the welcome flows in Klaviyo, I recommend checking out our latest demo video, the welcome series section starts at 34:20, here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-uVbIMF-SWGg.htmlsi=KkpQEQw5jxzWcwWh&t=2060
I am not able to find the Klayivo Embedded app when clicking add section. I am using a 3rd party theme (envato). Wondering if there is a different way to add this embedded form?
Hi Andy, it sounds like it's an issue with your theme. I recommend reaching out to the theme developer; in my experience, theme developers are very supportive and helpful in integrating Klaviyo.
How do you make a form pop up when someone hits a button? I want to make a pop up when they click on one of my free products so they have to subscribe to get the products
Great question. At the moment, we haven't created a guide, so the next best thing is the Klaviyo guide. Check it out here and let me know how you go: help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4418052317339#h_01H9NF73F0ACWKERMK392XTYR0
Created my flyout and the second page directing customers to check their emails, but not sure how I then get the discount code to the customer. Seems an important step. Thanks for any help.
Yeah sure thing, check out the full-length video for the next steps, especially the welcome flow trigger stuff here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-uVbIMF-SWGg.html&si=z5Qj89b2md1uDt8S
Hi DIasmo, check out our videos on the welcome seires (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-fFNR_Gcdb3w.html) and dynamic discount codes (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-DRP06Qje2ro.html)
Hi killas, Klaviyo forms are not for signing in, they're for generating maximum signups. If you want to ask customers to create an account, I recommend removing all fields and just having a link to the account creation page.
@@emailexperts thank you I’ve figured it out now so basically I wanted for it stay on the page every time I went on my website and not just go off straight away
Hi, i've got the popup working but when somebody wants to subscribe, they will get an automated mail from Klaviyo that they need to confirm it. Is there a way that they don't get this automated mail to confirm?
Hi Teun, check out 6:53 of the larger video here where I address double opt in specifically: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-uVbIMF-SWGg.html
Hi BusinessBlade, without knowing where you're getting stuck I can't be sure which aspect is causing the issue. If you have installed Klaviyo, confirmed that the tracking is on site, and published the form, then it should be working. Which aspects have you implemented, what have you tried to solve it? Cheers.
@@emailexperts thank for your reply, I have actually checked all available methods stills it doesn’t seem to work, I installed the code snippet, checked my integration as well as had embedded klavio turned on on my site still it just fails to appear on my website
@@emailexperts well the embed app is showing but it doesn’t work, I have contacted klaviyo email with all screenshots, hope that fix it…legit wasted like 3 hours to figure out but it seems there is problem on klayvio side, I have done all steps like more then 15 times+ rechecking
I'd like to deploy a segmented email based on the users preference. I.e. In absence of a preference page, the user can select to sign up for our food newsletter and our lifestyle main list. How do I present the option to ask them to sign up for either or both? I'm assuming some tag is created that I can use to segment the main list in flows
Hi Blackprint, yep that's exactly it. When you create the form, you can add a checkbox or radio box to allow users to select their preferece. When you set up those selectors, you can add a property to their profile, and then segment based on those properties; though note that the segment option will only be available once someone has selected that preference. Let me know if you have any questions.
