I tried this one because it quite helpful, but I have question. What If the end-users even if he/she's not member of a support team, used the Support Team button and filled-out the form for fun or tripping? will it still send confirmation to the end-user? and which one if there's already many entries of request

Hello Sir Thank you for sharing this Wonderful system. We created this for our Office and very Happy to Have it. I have a question related to Resolved Section, Once the issue is Resolved it should send the Ticket resolved Email to the Requester but to it is going to the Support Team. Why is this Happening!!

One problem using this Method is when support team submit form then time stamp will be updated then how to know which time complain was logged and what is the duration of resolving this issues.
