In my humble opinion this basket is the most gorgeous I have seen yet with the way sinple sts. have been used. Bet I could make on from one men's new T shirt. At least it can be stopped before it looks incomplete for lack of T yarn. Beautiful!!!!
Yesterday and today I followed your perfect cirle and basket tutorials. I used 3mm braided cotton with a 6.5mm hook, the last row to finish the basket I used a 5.5mm hook to make the stitches tighter. I crocheted a 4 inch metal ring into the last row of stitches around the top of the basket to keep it stable as this is going to be a hanging plant basket. It looks wonderful! Thank you so very much for your tutorials! They are clear and patient and the results are very inspiring - I've just this very moment finished but I want to make something else straight away. Thank you very much for taking the time to make these tutorials.
Wow, thank you so much!☺️ You did a great job! And this idea with the metal ring is very nice👍I understand your feeling when you learn to crochet and everything work good and you want to crochet more and more and more😅😄
Thank you so much Julia, because of your videos now I can do my round basket crochet. You teaching very perfectly . I hope you make more other tutorials videos especially for the handbags..thanks once again,I’m glad find this Chanel 🙏❤️
Julia, I just love your clear videos and your attention to details. Can you make a video of a crochet basket with a wooden base, using a waistcoat stitch or any other stitch? Again, great tutorials!
i can't thank you enough! i have crocheted many baskets before but they were always so messy but thanks to your clear instructions, i was able to re-create it perfectly.
I love your tutorials! So clear and easy to follow, and I've made two beautiful baskets. I would really like to see your iron treatment! Also, I was hoping you could show how to do chevron or other patterns on the basket walls.
Check out this tutorial, I show there how to continue crocheting with a new skein of the yarn. I crochet there different pattern but the principle of changing the yarn skein is similar: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZWdwxJXO8Uk.html
How much of the yarn would you suggest purchasing to make this exact basket? Including the bottom circle? I think this is going to be the first project of yours that I make! Thank you!! 💕

I do that in the washing machine with the same detergent that I use to wash clothes. And for the washing machine I set not more than 30°C and not more than 800 rpm
About tension...try to make the loop on the hook the same size as mine on the video and all other loops that you take to complete a stitch make the same height as the loop on the hook 🙂 and don't rush, try it slowly controlling your tension :)
