Yes, I missed some instructions bc I don't usually follow written instructions (my bad) is even though I slowed down still was fast, but I understand that it cannot be slow the whole thing (still some creators tks God do it bc I'm beginner) but slow at least at the beginning of each change.
okay i literally just made four of these in ONE day, for me, my parents and my grandpa, so we can all have matching ones when we go to the cabin in summer! Thank you sooooo much!! Although I used a bigger hook, so it looks a bit different from yours, we all LOVE it
aww she so beautiful thanks for making a video of 2 of my favorite things bucket hats+crochet edit: i realised that she didn't put any ads thanks for that :)
Hi! Your tutorial is my favorite its so easy, but whenever i get to the 20 double stitches it starts to form like a bowl shape, how do i get it to not do that? Thanks!
Are those earrings in the thumbnail crocheted? I am just getting into crochet and would love a tutorial of those if so. Love the channel! Just subbed 🤠
I had to make it many times on the last part, 2 double stitches on each st didn't work for me, I made it 2 double st on 3 st and then 5 d t and repeat so It didn't look like a little cute baby hat, I learned after 3-4 tried.
I appreciate the vid BUT why was the side panel part supposed to be less stitches than the number around the edge? I ended up having an awkward gap :'( also this was way too small for my head but maybe that's just the yarn I was using :'( :'( I'll keep trying
@@LetsGetKnitFaced HI thanks!! ok also idk if im just being dumb but like how do you stitch it up at the end? once you stitch the whole rectangle around, how did you do the vertical seam?
Sarah Breezy any way you want! You can single crochet down across the pieces, or if you have a darning needle your can just hand sew them together through the gaps left in the crochet sts
It won't work exactly but you can apply the same thought process! because you're working with smaller yarn, everything will be smaller so you will need more chains and more stitches. you just need to match the size to your head by using the same shapes I show here. for example, for your initial disc, you will need to include more rows around to make it larger to compensate for the smaller yarn.
I had a bit of a seam to connect my rectangle, but if you already made it you can pick up those few extra stitches as you go around, so instead of picking up 1:1 you can grab 2 stitches from rectangle and 1 on the disc as many times as needed, or work with and equal amount of loops
@@josiesanders7697 Hi! So at the top right corner of the screen hit the three dots, select Playback Speed, you have a couple of options to choose from. Hope it helps!
