I love this bag! I purchased the kit. I'm familiar with Romanian cord and have made a bunch of them for various projects. I have a problem where mine tend to twist. I'm wondering if you have any tips for the cord not twisting?

Almost finished with my first one! Question for Rachel: If we wanted to make this on a larger scale, how would we do the stitch count? Like, could I just double the foundation to 62? Or is it a multiple of a number plus a number, etc.? How would I go about that? THANKS!

I've finished the sides, but for the straps, could I not include them in the edging of the bag's opening rather than making them separately to sew on?

you could if you want! I sew them on further down just to make it a bit studier.

Your video says to have the strap at 24" but your written says 38".... that's a huge difference. Which is correct?

This has been fun to make however your written instructions and the video instructions differ on the strap. The written says to chain 5 then single crochet for row 1 with 5 sc in parentheses. Your video tutorial say 4 sc.
