Another, simpler way to change colour is to do your last stitch of colour A until the last step, loop colour B around the hook and finish the stitch with colour B and crochet as you would do otherwise. So much easier than cutting and tying bits together.

Jenny Croucher I made my friend a bunting for her bike basket , she got one of those lovely old fashioned bikes with the wicker basket and it got bashed and knocked at work in the nick park. So to cheer her up I made some colourful bits and yarn bombed her bike lol
