Nice, I would crochet the whole part in 1 time and stuff it all with fabric. Then bend the bottom over and crochet around. That way the crochet hooks will not come through the bottom of it.

I want to make the case you have above but was thinking about folding the material on the inside of the pocket so that the hooks don't come out the bottom instead of stitching Girl get a sewing machine! They are great

Just found your channel, where I've been searching through all kinds of crochet tutorials (I just started learning to crochet about a month ago). I've got a question. When you did the first single crochet edge around the bag, you did 2 single crochets in each corner. But when you were doing the next border to attach the pocket on, you only did one SC in each corner? Why not two SC's? I'm just curious. Thank you! Your tutorial was very good btw. I feel like I could attempt this lol.

That's the only thing I hate regarding bags lining them and I used to have a sewing machine but could not use it as I don't under them, so my brother's got it now. I don't even own a iron.

Crystal instead of using fabric couldn’t you crochet another piece and use that?

Im not new to crochet but i am new to following patterns and using specific yarn for projects. Ive noticed a difference in 4 ply yarn. Michaels house yarn is 4 but is bulkier than red heart 4. What am i missing?

Why didn't you line the pocket part? Wouldn't lining the pocket prevent your hooks from going through the pocket? I love the tutorial though!
