How to Crochet a Sunglasses Case

I love your pattern. I tried a few others and didn't like them. I'm a loose crocheter so I used a smaller hook then I increased the chain by 2. I adjusted the buttonhole row to keep the button hole in the middle then did one extra decrease row in the flap because I like it larger. Even though I used a smaller hook the ch2 spaces seem too large so on the next case I'm going to use just one chain and see how that works. Thank you so much for your great tutorial and pattern

i think i'm using a thinner yarn than you have in the tutorial and no matter how loose i make my chain, it doesn't look long enough for my sunglasses. can i add a few extra chains? is there a multiple of chains i should stick to? x
