In this tutorial I will show you how to crochet an Easy and Fast Ripple Stitch for Beginners. You can use this stitch for blankets, shawls and other fun projects.
This rippling stitch is great fun in lots of colors.

I'm confused - I used the multiple and had three chains left (enough for one more v stitch). I've read other comments that suggested using the multiple (14+ch 2 at the end) would prevent having extra chains, but before I go further (and I've checked my stitch count like four times, lol), is there a way to proceed after a v stitch, or do I have to cut off the work after the dctog?

HELP!! Joanna on these tutorials there are six tutorials listed, one of them I cannot bring up the tutorial. It brings up one of the other ones. I would like to know how to do the one that is crocheted in orange, red, yellow, blue, and purple. The stitches looks like it might be a type of a zig-zag stitch. I have clicked on all of these tutorials and this one just won’t come up. It says on the front that you made it 3 months ago! Thank you, NORMA COLLINS FROM TEXAS

Beautiful pattern. I have a question about row 3 though. At the end of the row when you did the double crochet together, it looks like there were stitches left that were unworked. Should there be a final double crochet in the last stitch to match the beginning of the row? Thank you.

Hello! No, that’s why I showed the end of row 3. It looks like you have stitches to still work, but the bigger your work gets you’ll see it turns into what looks like a straight edge. Thank you for watching and commenting! I’m happy you’re getting to work up this fun stitch!

Can I ask why you cut off the extra chains at the beginning instead of just undoing the extra chains? It seemed to leave a very short end to try and sew in later. Love the pattern though!

You only need to do this if you do not use the multiple. You can unknot them but I prefer to cut them off as it’s faster. Weaving in the tail isn’t hard if you sew in the needle then thread it and pull the tail through. There is already a knot so it won’t come undone. Thank you for watching and commenting!

Hello there, if I why but I can't see your video. Only a cream colored screen. Or when I flip my cell on its side only half screen comes up. Ill go by audio. I hope its only my cell.
