I've never tried to do the crocodile stitch before because it looked too difficult. I had no idea that this stitch was this simple. You make things look SO doable and SO easy. I've always been intimidated by the crocodile stitch. I've watched the entire tutorial and I'm gonna give it a go for my daughter for Christmas. She will be so surprised because she's tried to get me to make something using the stitch. Your tutorial makes it look so easy, even where to place the single crochets. Crystal I love your crochet tutorials. I have made some of the dresses and I'm working on making this cowl. Your videos are very helpful. You say how many stiches you should have at the end of every row. I love the step by step. Hope you continue to show your tutorials. I love to crochet. I learned to crochet when I was 12yrs old I was taught the double crochet the I taught my self to follow patterns and I have been crocheting this way ever since. Thank you so much for your videos.

I have always wanted to learn the crocodile stitch, but it always looked intimidating even watched others teach it, but you are such an awesome instructor that you make it look easy and explain it so well that I will be able to do it now yipee!!!! I love the button and your color choice!!! I have so many of your projects I want to make and can't wait!!! One of your ponchos with the comfy cotton is on my list next for a friend to go with the harlequin blanket I made her going by your tutorials for the throw pillow. You can always do your single crochets into the back jump of the chains so the bottom have that row of “v’s” that look like the top of a stitch. 😊

The button over the broach was perfect. I just made this for my daughter for Christmas. Tried Walmart's Main Stay Basic yarn in Burgundy. It's insanely cheap. It was very soft and had no flaws in the half skein used for this project. I love your tutorials.
